The Transformation Bootcamp is an intensive journey of self discovery. I will make you feel safe so that you can shift and elevate into the person you know you want to be.
We are multi faceted beings consisting of: logic, intellect, survival, nature, emotion, weakness, strength, pain, joy and unconditional love.
Over the 8 weeks every part of you will be addressed, heard and shifted into a greater state of being. You will be connecting back up, revealing to your self what always was. Everything you need and want already exists within you and thats what we are going to uncover.
Working from the inside out not only makes sense but also abides by the laws of life. When you're ok, everything follows.
The training is progressive and therefore you will never be overloaded but you will know that you are improving in every way. You will feel supported and nurtured and that includes honest tough love when you need it.
I run a tight ship and you will be held accountable every step of the way. We are all familiar with the term 'emotional eating' we know it exists yet "dieting' is rarely coupled with emotional work. How can you change your behaviour if you don't change the way you think and feel?
You will start to see yourself from a new perspective both physically and emotionally. You will emerge from the 8 weeks with an extremely helpful viewpoint on whats possible for you and your life by dissolving unhelpful beliefs and creating new ones.
You will graduate with an in depth understanding of how to maximise every facet of your being from you physical health right through to your daily experience of life.
You will also be given an 1:1 phone call with me where we will work on one of your negative patterns to clear it using visualisation.
I know you're sick of repeating the same old patterns, I know you feel tired, demotivated, low on energy and are completely frustrated with you inability to consistently show up for yourself. The Bootcamp will reveal why this is and assist you to overcome it. The rest is easy.
All you do is show up prepared to do THE WORK and let me do the rest. No overthinking, no doubting, no second guessing. Just lovely clear direction and instruction.
I worked for 10 years doing hands on care work with profoundly disabled, visually impaired, terminal and elderly people. I have seen, heard and cleaned up more problems than you could ever imagine. I then did 10 years in adult social care management before taking the leap to become a full time fitness instructor teaching Zumba, Insanity, abs and glute classes.
I studied dance and visual art, exercise to music, PT, nutrition coaching and now hypnotherapy.
I started with a basic Bootcamp a few years back and my clients got great results however, I very quickly realised that they were all in great need of emotional support, more so than the physical and it felt right to learn about mindset so that I could provide a service that is second to none.
The Transformation Bootcamp was born and has been growing and evolving ever since with the majority of my clients coming from recommendations.
